Rules & Regulations for Students and Parents
Student Rules
- No smoking/ vaping
- No Alcohol or illegal drugs carried in van/ suv/ cars that under the CBT company
- No verbal or physical altercations.
- Client must be on schedule time when chauffeur is schedule any thing pass 5mins rates with go up 100.00 every 5mins anything pass 10 mins chauffeur will leave, unless your ( VIP services) 500.00 per 10 mins.
- Service schedule to give you maximum time, to get home in a safe and timely fashion to and from college.
- There’s a 48 hour cancelation, If you don’t cancel pick up or drop off you will still be charged for regular price and cancelation fee of $500.00
Any event will involve immediate expunction.
Eligibility
- Passengers must be currently enrolled in a college, university, trade school, or vocational program.
- Students must provide proof of enrollment upon request.
- Registration paperwork must be completed before service begins.
Boarding & Pick-Up
- Be ready at the scheduled pick-up location at least 5 minutes before departure.
- Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes past the scheduled time.
- Students who miss their scheduled ride are responsible for arranging alternative transportation.
- Last-minute schedule changes are not guaranteed.
Safety Requirements
- Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is moving.
- Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- Keep aisles and exits clear of bags and personal belongings.
- Follow all instructions given by the chauffeur or driver immediately.
Prohibited Items
The following are NOT permitted in any College Bound Transportation vehicle:
- Firearms or weapons of any kind
- Knives
- Illegal drugs
- Alcohol
- Explosive or hazardous materials
- Open food or drinks (except bottled water, if approved by the driver)
Behavior Expectations
- No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use.
- No fighting, bullying, harassment, or threatening behavior.
- No profanity directed toward drivers or passengers.
- No excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
- No damaging or vandalizing vehicles.
- Respect all passengers and staff.
Personal Property
- College Bound Transportation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Students should check for belongings before leaving the vehicle.
Parent Responsibilities
Registration
Parents or guardians must:
- Complete all registration forms.
- Provide accurate emergency contact information.
- Notify College Bound Transportation of any changes to contact information.
Communication
- Notify College Bound Transportation as early as possible regarding cancellations or schedule changes.
- Maintain current phone numbers and emergency contacts.
Payments
- Transportation fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension of transportation services.
Emergency Procedures
- Parents must be available by phone during scheduled transportation times.
- In emergencies, College Bound Transportation will contact the parent or designated emergency contact immediately.
Violations & Consequences
First Violation
- Verbal warning.
Second Violation
- Written warning and parent notification.
Third Violation
- Temporary suspension of transportation privileges.
Severe Violations
The following may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from service:
- Possession of weapons
- Possession or use of drugs or alcohol
- Physical violence
- Threats against passengers or drivers
- Intentional damage to vehicles
- Any activity that jeopardizes safety
